I was reading men’s health website today and found the following interesting facts about a healthy penis:

  1. Every night while you are sleeping you get 4-5 hours long erections.
  2. Researchers found that smoker’s penises are smaller than non smokers.
  3. Stop ramming your penis into hard objects.
  4. Men who walked just 2 miles a day had half the rate of erection problems than sedentary men.
  5. More than 50% with diabetes men are impotent
